    Testni lističi omogočajo enostavno in hitro preverjanje osnovnih parametrov kemične obdelave bazenske vode. Lističi spreminjajo barvo glede na vrednost prostega klora, alkalnosti in pH vode. Eno pakiranje vsebuje 50 lističev. Ohišje z lističi hranite na hladnem in suhem mestu.

    Če je vsebnost prostega klora nižja od 0,5, je treba v bazen dodati dodaten klor.

    Vrednost pH vode izraža stopnjo kislosti ali bazičnosti kemične snovi. Idealna vrednost za bazene je 7,2 - 7,6. pH višji od 7,6 vodi do nastajanja različnih mineralnih motnosti ter vodnega kamna in drugih oborin. pH nižji od 7,2 povzroča korozijo kovinskih površin. Vrednost pH vpliva na topnost in učinkovitost uporabljenih dezinfekcijskih sredstev.

    Alkalnost bazenske vode naj bi se gibala v razponu 100 - 175 mg / l (g / m3) CaCO3. Če je alkalnost nižja od 100 mg / l (g / m3) CaCO3, za njeno povečanje uporabite pripravek CTX-21. Če je alkalnost višja od 175 mg / l (g/m3 ) CaCO3, je treba iz bazena izpustiti del vode in jo nadomestiti z vodo z nizko alkalnostjo
